Our smallest tumblers will work toward motor skill development and increasing fitness level through structured stretching, games and station activities. We will utilize coordination drills, creative movements, and foundational skills to prepare your athlete for any sport. This class is 30 minutes including warm-up, stretch, and movement stations. This class is open to 3-year-old participants. Parent/guardian participation is required. Any appropriate athletic wear is acceptable, however, no shoes are allowed on the tumble mats. This club is facilitated by Rachel Parker, a licensed teacher with advanced degrees in Exercise Science and over 25 years of gymnastics and tumbling coaching experience. This class is limited to 10 children. Early registration is encouraged.
